This is an exciting time to join Scottish Forestry. We are going through a period of transition having just implemented a new learning experience platform ‘Pathways’, our next focus will be on how our Human Resources offering will evolve.
This is a varied role which will play a key part in supporting and embedding Pathways, and all coordination and administration of our Learning and Skills Development activities. You will also provide administration assistance to the HR team supporting activities such as preparation for the Resourcing Committee and monthly reporting and the administration of the annual People Survey - so if you like variety in a role this is ideal.
To be successful in this role you will be an excellent communicator, organised with exceptional attention to detail and be flexible with the ability to plan and prioritise.
